Default wax then what

i washed and waxed my car on friday. i only applied on coat of meguiars gold class on the body and three coats on the hood. the hood is looks very good but the rest of the car looks alright. im gonna wash it and wax it again tomorrow and just wanted to know how long should i let the wax sit before wiping it off and is it ok if i wipe it off with a cotton towel and not a microfiber towel.

Meguiars GOld Class needs to "haze" before you buff it off. Multipule layers wont add because the wax is a "cleaner" type wax. If you want to layer you need NON cleaner wax like Meguairs #16 or #26.
Here is a wax page. Pick one they are all good. P21S and #16 are my favorites

Wax the whole car....then go back to were you srated and start buffing the haze off. If it seems to "smear" wait another 20 minutes. It should come right off though.

use some type of swirl/scratch remover before applying the clear coat polish...it will make a world of difference.

You do not have to let it haze before wiping it off. Unless you get streaking, a wax can be wiped on and wiped off. This saves a lot of time and effort.

Yes you can remove the was right away but it's better to let it sit. Think about it. If you Take it off right away your basicly just doing something for nothing. Let it sit for 20 and then take it off. Goodluck.

You're leaving a layer of wax either way. The wax does not dry all the way through. The top few molecules dry and harden, and underneat is left to still be "wet." Therefore, either way, you're removing un-hazed wax.
