Interior changes

I am about to re-vinyl my car....the question is should i remove the old vinyl (has interior spray paint on it) or just put it over the old?? Also what kind of adhesive should i use.

There will be too many extra work to remove the old vinyl, if wouldn't hurt if you can just paint it over the old one.

It's best if you remove the old stuff before laying on the new. Adheres better to the surface.
