Now the bodykit or lip ?
Now if i get the body kit i dont need to worry about the scratches that i have in the front and rear bumper (there kinda deep and its black), then again it will cost about 500-800$ to paint it. Or i can just sand down the sratches and get it repainted, so i figerd that will cost about as much as the body kit, so now im thinking that i should get the body kit, i work in the summer so i can paint it later, i was gonna get the skunk2 coils but now im gonna get some neuspeed springs that way it will go real nice with the kit! or maybe the lip i still dont know. NOW the order im all gonna do this in...1. springs 2. Kit (unpainted) or the Lip 3. the rims. 4. touch ups/paint 5. subs ... ect.

If you wanna see any pics of the scatches or what not please ask.

you should never put an unpainted kit on your car..

 

I dont really mind having it unpainted for awhile :yes:

 

Im guessin youre mainly going for show.
I would do suspension first and then touch ups. If you're gonna do suspension do it right the first time. Get a good spring(coils)/shocks combo :goodjob:
I wouldnt get a body kit yet because we all go thru our ricer stages... so maybe youlle get over it.

Yeah, I will end up doing that i guess. I will end up getting some Skunk Coils
with some KYB GR-2 SHOCKS or something. Suggestions ?

 

i will be the first to admit that although i dislike kits.. i really believe that the del sol can pull off some pretty aggresive kits adn still look cool providign the wheel choice is good. i just think that if you think driving around with an upainted kit on your car for a "while" is ok.. then you are a jackass.. and require more help than just what to pick..

 

Thats also very true, Sols can pull off having a nice kit on there, just as long as its not one of those "foot choper" kits. If you really want a kit take a look around and see what it is that you like, but like OC said DO NOT, and I really mean DO NOT drive around with an unpainted kit :nono:

 

I have been looking at kits for awhile now. I really like the Buddy Club kit.
Like i said i dont know if im gonna get the kit yet. There are some one ebay buy i hear that they dont fit on all that good. Plus i dont know if i will be installing that myself, how much do you think it would be to get a kit put on ? then how much would it be to paint it (samba green). I think the kit will be a good idea manily cuz it wont have those scratch on my front and rear bumper. So know i just dont know. if i get the body kit im getting spring but if not i want the coils, kinda on a budget right now as you can see. maybe i will get the coils then wait awhile get the kit, then paint it ??? like i said i still dont know what the hell im gonna do.
