help w/ my c/f hood....

i had p/s fluid everywhere on the inside of my c/f hood...it stained it and it looks like it eat threw the black sh!t on the underside....the parts inbetween the skeleton. anyhow it looks like sh!t to me...any ideas on what i should do?

if you got a digi take some pix so we can get a better idea. But simple green is one of the stronger cleaners, you might still be able to scrub it off.
