Default Underbody Neon Question....

I'm planning putting Blue Underbody Neons but are they strong to last through hard driving and harsh weather conditions? I dont want ti to keep breaking have to be replacing them. Do they get dirty often??? If you have feedback, please let me know! Thanx!!

Maybe they will melt the snow.

I don't know that you're going to get a good deal of responses with these types of threads. You've posted in the correct place, but we don't do a lot of those mods around here.

Really depends on how far you're lowered. I know people who've shattered a whole set going into a Taco Bell.

I agree. Depends on how low you are, and how well they are mounted, usually if they are higher up, they should be ok.

I don't have any problems with mine. Ooops :rick:

Heya, I've currently got Liteglow (Streetglow knockoff?) purple LEDs under my car. I was driving about three weeks ago when the clips that hold the front LED under my car snapped off! I heard it break and heard the tube banging on the ground, I pulled over and to my suprise the LED tube wasn't shattered and still worked great!

I used to have Liteglow CCFL lights (let's just say 'neons' for simplicity sake) and one of them shattered within a week, I ended up putting the rest of the working neons inside my car and getting LEDs for under the car.

Without a doubt, do not stop anything short of LED lights, they're brighter, won't break (I was going 70 when the tube snapped off!) and are fun to play with. I bought my LEDs for I think about $130 off eBay, just search for "Liteglow coloryouwant LED".

I need to see pictures of these blue and yellow handles. Anyone got pics of them?
