Default Problem painting my spoiler **HeLp**

Hey how's it going everyone? Aiite...just like wut the title reads, i have a prob when painting my spoiler today. Ok last night, my spoiler was finished painting. It was SOOO perfect. My friggin' older brother is pissed about something and hits my spoiler with his bike, resulting in the paint being ufcked up!! I'm all pissed off man!! anywhos...i just sprayed on another coat of white paint on the spoiler and all of the sudden the paint bunches up. It looks like those alien faces on Star Trek. haha I let it dry, sanded the whole thing down so that there's texture to it and repainted it. AGAIN, it started to bunch but even more!!

Guys and girls...help me out! Why the heck is it doing this and what could i do to get rid of this?!? I'm not sure if i should just use thinner and remove EVERYTHING!! dang...3 days of hard work down the drain? Thanks in advance!

i'd use thinner, and sand it it completely, start completely over and then beat your brother's ass in

try cleaning with wax and grease remover before painting. You can find this at a paint supply store.
