Exactly, I know guys who spent thousands on their engines with bolt-ons because they wanted to stay N/A and the gains were minimal.

Best bang for buck if you want to go fast in a straight line = FINAL GEARS. $1000 and you can pull 2-3+ car lengths on a stock S2 up to 4th!
If you get 15HP out of an intake on the S2k I want you to tune mine for me!

The best bang for your buck is

1) Gears ($690+install on ricks2k.com; I recommend 4.57)
2) FI
3) Intake/Header/Exhaust (Max 20 HP from all three)
