Default Looking For Power

Whats up, im new to the fourm and just got a RSX type S, and plan on doing great things to it. I plan on beating any STi including the 04 300hp one, I really think SUBARU has no style; nor does GT-R Skyline. So, im asking you RSX heads what intake, exhaust systems and headers, produce the most HP? What wheels+tires weigh the least? Also what body-kit and wing are the most aerodynamic? Would you go with a new lighter flywheel and new short-shift kit? What springs+coilcovers(suspension kits) perform the best? Finally what would you do to a stock RSX -S- with $3,000. Thanks for the help, please answer only what you can. Oh and pics of my ride comming soon.

Don't want to burst your bubble but for 3 grand you are not going to beat the STI.

Its been proven that most "body kits" actually decrease aerodynamics. Because the car was wind-tunnel tested in stock form, I would suggest getting a nice lip instead, C-West lip, Greddy lip, OEM lip. Any of those will complement your ride very nicely...what color is it BTW?

If you are set on a body kit make sure its something worthwhile meaning Rando, INGS, C-West any of the Jap kits. But they are way $$$

I would go with a short-ram intake, unless you want to go AEM CAI and have to move your windshield washer resevior bottle, meaning taking off the front bumber as well.

Hope that helps, don't know about the exhaust and such...but tooner is right, look into a turbo kit. Pppsssshhhh!!

Thanks for the replies, and I think im going to go with the AEM CAI, I heard that gives you 10-15 more HP compared to short- ram.

screw AEM's cai, if you have to get it now get the DC sports CAI (comes with a replacement washer fluid bottle so you dont have to do any relocating), or if you wanna wait a week or two get the Injen CAI
