no, and all that is, is a spark plugg non-fowler that you can get at auto zone for 2 bucks. The only thing that worked for me even though i have a 2000 si is the ziptech o2 simulator by egc electronics its universal so it will work on your k20. It's expensive but its the only thing, i mean the only thing that works perfect(thats if you get it wired up by a professional). heres the link

If you don't want to spend tons of cash, remove the secondary O2 from the pipe. Leave it connected electronically and ziptie it up out of the way. Go to your local exhaust shop and ask for an O2 sensor port plug and put the plug into the threaded port. This has had great success on all OBD2 and newer Hondas. If you can't find a plug email me and I can get one for you. Hope this helps!
