Default RSX Headlight Angle

Hi. My head lights angles are crooked. Is there a way to align it to you preference? thanks.

Open your hood and if you look down at the back side of the headlight you'll see two dials that look like gears. On the top of each gear is a V shaped guide for a phillips screw driver. If you rotate these gears with the screw driver you'll change the beam angle of the headlight. If they are aftermarket lights you may have to adjust the mounting points to get both housings centered. Hope this helps...

I tried to look for the gears but I can't recognize it. Is it under the headlight assembly? Do I need to remove something to access that part? Thanks.
