Hi, guys i'm new in this forums, and i have a question, i'm just wondering that for example you have the old models of Acura RSX the ones from 2001 to 2004 and if it is posible that you can change the headlamp, the rearlight and the bumber of those old model to the 2005/ 2006 new models? will it fit? because i'm planning to buy an Acura RSX, but i cannot aford the 2005/ 2006 so, i was thinking to modified an 2001- 2004 model so it looks like it is the 2005/ 2006 models, can i do that? anyways, thanks a lot, have a nice day.

 

You can, but a used 2002-2004 modded to look like a 05-06 would probably cost the same, or more, than a used 05. Not to mention the other upgrades that the 05+'s have.


It is possible and has been done before.
For the front end you need the new headlights with all the needed bulbs (city lights, 9006 high beams, etc), bumper, and headlight supports. I believe you may need to do a bit of wiring.

For the rear, you need tails and the bumper. Wiring will need to be done.

if you want the 05/06... why not just get a civic?

where in the state is the best to buy an used acura? is (miami) florida a good one? thanks guys
