If Honda originally rated the rsx at 210 hp. and it was re rated at 201 then that means they over rated their engine. Does anyone find any fault in my logic? Please help me out.
Do you know at least what is a SAE standard? The method for measuring is diferent now! Nobody underated or overated their engines h:

Mazda is notorious for over rating their engines. The RX-8 and Miata come to mind. They offered cash as compensation for the screw up. Nissan offered cash when they over rated the sentra ser spec V. also. So what do you mean no one over or under rates??

you sound like that guy on clubrsx who continually posts "honda was caught lying out the ass"
go dyno an 05 and an 06 and see if there is any difference in hp, i bet it will be very slim since the engines are exactly the same.

What did Nissan rate the SE-R SpecV at anyways? Isn't it 180 before all this SAE retesting?
