well in my town everyone gets spoiled on cars. this girl rolls up in her car. (RSX) i asked if it was a type S. she said "i dont kno. i just got it. its like an RX". i corrected her and said it was an R"S"X. she then pulled out of the parking lot the wrong way. so she had to pull back into the parking lot. only she couldnt figure out how to put it in Drive. wow wut would if she had stick?

I know one woman in real life with a Type S and thats my sister in law. No its not my brother's car, he has the 4 door family sedan Accord. She's never driven an automatic in her life and her first car was a 1992 Toyota Tercel with a 4 speed and no power steering. There are multitudes of women out there who can drive a standard better than most of us can.

Um a lot, take a gander at your local grass roots racing track. Most will make you feel like you are driving a Huffy. Just because a person is female doesn't make them a bad driver, I've seen countless pathetic drivers who are male. Sarah Fisher still holds the record for the fastest lap clocked by a woman in IRL... well over 220 mph. Milka Duno is a phenomenal road racer in ALMS and the Rolex Sports Car Series. Danica Patrick made a mark in Toyota Atlantic and is probably coming into IRL or Champ cars. (Probably IRL with a Bobby Rahal team.) Shauna Marinus is one of the top competitors in Speed World Challenge. I don't see you having the right appendages to race like those girls.

But they are a tiny, tiny minority.
I have yet to see a girl who can drive at the limit comfortably.
I'm getting there, after driving on and off for 4 years, legally for 4 months.
If I went to a local autocross, are there actually some competitive girls?
