Um a lot, take a gander at your local grass roots racing track. Most will make you feel like you are driving a Huffy. Just because a person is female doesn't make them a bad driver, I've seen countless pathetic drivers who are male. Sarah Fisher still holds the record for the fastest lap clocked by a woman in IRL... well over 220 mph. Milka Duno is a phenomenal road racer in ALMS and the Rolex Sports Car Series. Danica Patrick made a mark in Toyota Atlantic and is probably coming into IRL or Champ cars. (Probably IRL with a Bobby Rahal team.) Shauna Marinus is one of the top competitors in Speed World Challenge. I don't see you having the right appendages to race like those girls.
