Default hondata intake gasket

does anyone have this or know anything about it? is it acutally worth it and does it add the hp it says is does?

It does add horse power. I don't personally know anyone who has it but I have talked to people from clubrsx and they have liked it. It disipates the heat from the head so that the intake manifold stays cooler. That keeps the air cooler that goes into the motor. Basically the same idea as a cai against a sri.

yes...it is supposed to give about 5 crank hp.

for $62 its definately worth it. It'll work MOST efficiently with an intake.

yea well i wanna get it. is it difficult to take off the manifold? or should i just have a shop throw it on?

It depends on how mechanically inclined you are. I would probably do it myself, but if you don't think that you can do it then take it to a shop. I doubt they would charge you much.

DO NOT pay a shop to do an install like that. Its a few nuts and bolts and if you feel you shouldn't take on the task find a more mechanically inclined friend to help you.
