Default intermitten starting problem

I had the auto-tensioner replaced on my 99 prelude last week and have since had a strange starting problem. It has happened twice. When I go to start the car the engine turns over about half a turn and just stops. I turned the key off, tired again, and it starts fine. What could this be????

Wouldn't it run like shit if the timing was off that bad? It happened again tonight. It sounded like the battery was almost dead. It barely turned over several times then turnover sped up a bit and started after 10 or 15 turnovers. Battery is fine though. Once running motor sounds fine also. I turned it off and the same thing happened when I started it again. What the Hell!! Any more advice out there???
