some high performance spring and damper systems(even some cheap ones) just make noises, gushing and wooshing and the squeeking spring noises because they are not designed for being quiet, just for making your car handle like a dream

Are you sure its not your struts/shocks, sometimes when they get a little old they squeak.

gushing and wooshing
Those are the shocks also, it mainly happens when you go over bumps. Its the shock pushing the tire back the ground.

My car makes so many suspension noises it drives me nuts. If I wasn't being so cheap I would buy some new (mugen showa) and replace the TEINs. The shocks squish like mad in the winter and the car always has the rear shock knock on both corners. It seems to be a toss up in the 5th gens, some do and some dont.

Try using some silicone tubing.Cut a slit in th tubing and put it over the coils on the springs. The Honda dealership recommended doing this when I bought my Neuspeed race springs from them. The noise didn't really bother me,so I didn't end up doing it.If you look at the Tein lowering springs(not the coilovers) they've got rubber on the tightest coils for noise dampening.Try it,it should last longer than "lube" as that will just wear off or collect dirt and crude from the road.
