That's fine that you have NOS brand. But you need to specify that's the brand you have and not just refering to it like you stepped out of a Fast and the Furious movie.

I don't go around saying I have a Prelude with APC.

Yes I know what you mean. :goodjob:

what relevance does the brand have to do with my post? i was generalizing, as there was no need to be specific.

but thing is, you have people who don't know where their oil dipstick is on their car, and they're the same ones who will watch fast and the furious and then assume they know about cars, come online and try to appear knowledgeable......that's just a sign that your dealing with someone who probably learned their "auto knowledge" from vin diesel...i personally don't care either way, but that's just where it comes from....prior to the first F&F, it was called nitrous....now, most refer to it as NOS because the guy in the movie did......really not a big deal though.....everyone gets the point either way

ps.....get the lude...the h22a>b series anything

I think you should get it dude. In my humble opinion the 5th gen is one of the best looking cars out there. Although I am learning to love my 4th gen. Plus you've got one of the best engines to start out with. It should be definitely faster than your teg. And before you start going higher on your shot, you should check your compression ratio. I think the optimum ratio is something like 11:1. Something like that should be able to handle a pretty damn high shot. But if i remember correctly the H22s are all really close to begin with so barring any prior mishaps to the engint Id say you could probably do a 100 shot. We got two guys in our club that both run 100 on a 98 accord and a 98 civic. the only other stuff they got is intakes and thats about it.

to start off, the lude has 55 more hp at the crank. not to mention more torque. (155 ft. lbs is what the h22 puts out). that has to be more than what your teg is putting out with the bolt ons (w/o nitrous). plus youre getting a car with almost half as many miles on it, id say go for the prelude.

the higher the compression where boost/nitrous is concerned, the better tuning you'll need.....but nitrous loves the higher compression.....stock, the h22a4 has 10.6:1 CR i think......
