Default What temp. should my motor be running at?

I finally got my autometer gauge hooked up, and it says my motor runs between 200 & 210 degrees. I think it should be running between 170 & 180, but not too sure. if it sounds like it's running too hot, what can I do to cool it down? it's an H23, by the way. thanx!

190-220 is normal operating temp depending on local weather conditions and motor age, condition, and useage.

over 220 is pushing the limits of the stock cooling system.
