Here's the KYB/Ground Control combo, vtecguy2. The rear fenders are rolled. It can go a little bit lower, but I have enough speedbump trouble as it is.

Rolling the fender means to take the lip and turn it up out of the way. It is not real hard-you have to be careful witht he paint. I had my body shop do it and t is not cheap. There is a tool that you can rent - they claim that using it and a hairdryer produces great results. IIRC Discount tire has it available.

Lowering is is the key to enjoying my Prelude. I could'nt drive it with the stock suspension. Neuspeed/KONI here.
