Default High performance timing belts??

Well, I'm gonna have my cam gears put on next week, and I'm having the timing belt changet out all at the same time. Does anybody know if there's a better belt out there than the one Honda makes? longer life? also, does anybody here have any pics of cam gears installed on their car? I'm wondering where I should cut my valve cover. thanx!

There are other timing belts... I have seen them. Quite expensive and I've never tried one. I'd only use a Honda OEM, that's me.

I saw one, was about $200 for the belt.

Make sure that you leave the lip on the edge of the valve cover. The lip seals the edge to the front edge of the head so it doesn't leak oil. You'll see where to cut it after you take it off.

yeah i can't remember who makes, but it designed for motors that have seriuos work done to them. like motors built for higher rpms than stock and pushing huge hp from turbos. stuff that would strain the oem belt.

A brand called "Power" does offer them for example!
