I am seriously looking at Crower Stage II cams with titanium retainers and springs. Since Turbo is already off the drawing board due to budget I am planning this as soon as I get my bonus this month. I just need some technical questions to find out how much whp gain can I get from this setup. Also, if there is anybody here with any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

Crower Stage II cams

Titanium retainers/springs

Spoon thinner head gasket (I'd like to know if anybody has experience w/ this) To bump up the compression a bit to compliment the cams (Is this advisable)

68 mm throttle body

B&M fuel pressure regulator

I already have the following

AEM CAI

DC 4-2-1 ceramic headers

Crane HI6 ignition

NGK plug wires

Apexi Dunk catback exhaust

Other options I am looking at besides what I have and what I intend to buy

VAFC w/ dyno tuning

Skunk2 intake manifold w/ shorter runners.

 

Buy adjustable cam gears to get the most out of all of your mods. You will need them to get your car to run good with the cams anyways. And boosting the compression should be fine with the cams.
