so you saying regular motor oil like 10w-30/40 will be bad for my syncros? maybe thats why my shit grinds some times. My car uses oil too. It uses quite a bit I think which pisses me off because it runs great and I didnt notice it doing that when I bought it. But as far as I have seen and everyone else has seen My car does not smoke, it doesnt leak oil either... where the hell is the oil going?! one of my valves does need to be adjusted because it makes a little ticking noise, could that be it?

Most engines will burn a given amount of oil. It's just the way they are made. Some do it on purpose... why I don't know everything...

What you are probably seeing is the blow-by vapors that are making their way back into the valve cover from the combustion chamber and crankcase. that is one of the functions of the pcv system - to ventilate the crankcase and re-burn that "smoke" that you are seeing. It is pretty normal for a slightly worn engine. Adjusting the valves is good for an older engine, but it won't help you if you've got worn piston rings. Hope that helps
