Not that I have any intentions of doing this.. but would it be possible to put an engine from an S2k(f20c?) into a 5th gen?

 

Its possible, but it not worth the money to turn the prelude into a RWD car just for that swap

 

I was wondering if a f20c will bolt up to a f20b tranny for fwd.

 

A rwd Prelude with the S2k motor would be sooo badass. But it would never be worth the $ to do it unless you have tons of cash and you wanna freak people out at driftshows lol. I wish the lude was RWD, I love the lude but thats my main complaint....next car of mine will be rwd....maybee the G35 coupe, just dreamin now

 

could be.... but i know that its hard to convert the ludes to RWD, someone touched on this..... they said the back suspension has no room or somehting

 

yeah, I guess I forgot about the rwd problem....

 

plus, a fwd may not work, s2k motor spins in the opposite direction of other hondas... 1/4 mi going backwards... hehe

 

reverse the internal rotation. all you need are cams and to reprogram the ignition timing.
