i have a 1993 2.3 16v 4ws prelude it has just had a full engine rebuild with new oil/water pump, piston rings, reground cranks/bearings etc. the car keeps blowing the head gasket and when the car starts i can hear water.

when the gasket is replaced, it is okay for a week or two, but then it struggles to start and if it does start it splutters for about 20 senconds and is ok. the head has been skimmed and looks ok can anyone help me with it? please

 

what is your compression ratio? Has your car been overheated before? You could have a warped head.
