Default Suspention parts

I need some honest opinions about suspention parts. not what will look good but more importantly what will perform best. Eibach springs , konig shocks, Tokico shocks ,urethane bushings camber kits and so on . i like curvey roads and i like to drive them fast so let me know your thought, opinions and experiences.
i would like to stay away from adjustable coil overs i just dont trust them.
Thanx

I would recommend Ground Controls and Koni shocks. Car rides great and it performs wonderfully at a road course.

I happen to road race (CRX Si) on Skunk2 sleeves and Koni shocks. Ground Control is also an excellent choice for the sleeve. The real trick is spring selection. You need to talk with both companies to get good advice based on what you want to do with the car. In either cae-Koni shocks are the best you will buy.
An alternate idea for daily driving and HPDE is Neuspeed Sport springs-very nice drop and with the Koni shocks on our 5th gen and a Neuspeed rear sway bar-the cornering is nearly flat.

i have koni 'yellow' adjustable coilovers with H&R sport springs.

they are a great combination and have done well on the road course and on the track. i also have neuspeed struts (front upper, rear under). But in general, the combination is great. Great ride too. on full race, you cant move the car up or down with your hands. (ie: no body roll)

..i can beat my friends integra around a corner/curve anyday

Go with Epoxy's set-up. Although Koni's will actually save wear on your tires.

I have the same suspension and can get 35,000 miles out of any set of performance tires no matter how hard I drive. The key is I'm not a big braker, which causes the greatest tire wear--but I do hit the corners as hard as anyone on the street.

Just keep tabs on air pressures, aligning, and rotations.

I heard that there is some problem with using Koni Yellow's with Eibachs. Anyone else heard of this?

Ground control coil overs are awsome. You can trust them because they have a set pin instead of locking rings. They also have eibach springs, you really should go with ground control and koni's. IMO
