I happen to road race (CRX Si) on Skunk2 sleeves and Koni shocks. Ground Control is also an excellent choice for the sleeve. The real trick is spring selection. You need to talk with both companies to get good advice based on what you want to do with the car. In either cae-Koni shocks are the best you will buy.
An alternate idea for daily driving and HPDE is Neuspeed Sport springs-very nice drop and with the Koni shocks on our 5th gen and a Neuspeed rear sway bar-the cornering is nearly flat.
