Most likely your CV joints. I have the same problem, gettin new axles soon. My steering wheel shakes sometimes when i slow down also. When im accelerating hard on the interstate you can feel a slight vibration.

Get those cv joints checked out.

It could be a warped rotor(s).

I'm sure that your rotors are with some problem, you may need new rotors!

Mabe they didn't ballance the wheels right..... whenever you have a rattle or shake or vibration ANYWHERE on a car, you should have all 4 wheels ballance checked. They can also tell you alot at that point as well: if you have a slipped belt in the tire, if the rim is bent, or if there are any bulges. But before you do anything, have the wheel ballance checked on all four. Even if the tires were just replaced..... they may not have done it right, or a weight may have fallen off already. Those are always possibilities.

dude if its shaking it might be your control arms or your shock mounts..i had two cars do that and it worked fine after i fixed those two things....but it might be completely different if it happens at low speeds because i only had problems at higher speeds

wheels
rotors
sticking caliper
axle
diff
any number of suspension parts

have u bumped a curb or anything recently

i had this problem when i had warped front rotors
some people say that rotors only cause vibration, but i can say from experience that my steering wheel would constantly shake at any speed below 80
it was odd, above 80 the shaking would go away almost completely.

and if i hit a bump or pothole at any normal speed the car would go into a shaking fit for a minute or two.

change your rotors cause thats the number one thing that could caues this on a normal condition prelude.
