I havent, but I know some girl who lives near me who did it to her fifth gen lude and said she loves it. However, her car is auto, and she is going to swap to 5spd from what I hear..... she went with the JRSC for like 2300 bucks I think. If you want to talk to her about info etc I can give you her AIM name if you want....

I dunno but I have heard they are not a long-term type deal. Not for daily driving and unreliable.

A JRSC properly installed and with some add ons will be very nice, both powerfull and reliable. You always have the chance of problems when going FI but with some added precautions you'll be fine. Personally I'm all for the custom turbo setup, lots of power and flexibility.

i'm just too poor :-)

opting for custom turbo though.. it would just be better in the long run.

just trying to look at my options a little more.

Turbo or S/c can be very safe with the right tuning of it. Some people say that S/C is more for daily driver and less maintnence on it. Im doing a turbo setup though on my 5th gen. Really its all about what you want your car to do.

my opinion is that the jrsc isn't completely plug and play. if you plan on installing the charger, plan also to get better engine management than what jackson racing provides, and also a means of upping your fuel with larger injectors and a fuel rail. otherwise, the charger is fine, you'll want to run a little thicker oil for the car, and maintenance is fine, you *have to remember to check the boost belt frequently, the belt does manage to stretch out and breaking the belt is not something you want to do. Other than that, its not too hard to change. Anything else you want to do however, *like valve adjustments, are going to be a PITA because you'll need to remove the entire jackshaft (pretty much the whole charger) to get under the valve cover.
