my opinion is that the jrsc isn't completely plug and play. if you plan on installing the charger, plan also to get better engine management than what jackson racing provides, and also a means of upping your fuel with larger injectors and a fuel rail. otherwise, the charger is fine, you'll want to run a little thicker oil for the car, and maintenance is fine, you *have to remember to check the boost belt frequently, the belt does manage to stretch out and breaking the belt is not something you want to do. Other than that, its not too hard to change. Anything else you want to do however, *like valve adjustments, are going to be a PITA because you'll need to remove the entire jackshaft (pretty much the whole charger) to get under the valve cover.
