Default Tire Rack Sucks!!!!

a word to the wise... never order tires online from tire rack... i ordered a set of Potenza's from them... 2 right tires, 2 left tires... and when its all said and done... i have 8... yes... EIGHT LEFT tires sitting here waiting for those dumbasses to learn how to read the big ass label on the tire that says RIGHT SIDE. Ya think they'd know to do that since it is their job and all... but after calling 5+ times today alone, i finally got an answer that it took TWO managers to read the labels to make sure they actually said RIGHT on them... total bull**** experience, and i'll never use them again.

First mistake I've ever heard them make. Humans will be humans after all. Can't be perfect all the time... but I've heard of lots of other people with nothing but praise for them.

i've heard some good things about them, but when i went shopping for my potenza s03's, their prices were a little higher then most others i was looking at.

Isn't left/right determined by how it's mounted on the rim? I'll have to take a closer look at my Toyo FZ-4's (which suck btw). But, I'm sure it's the exact same tire (ie. one part #), just mounted so the correct lettering is facing 'out', on the correct side of the car. Maybe these tires are different than the Potenza's?

And yes, that is sh!tty customer service. Sorry about your experience.

It depends on the tire, if they're just Directional, then they are all the same, and left/right is determined by how it's mounted. If they're Directional and Asymetrical tires, then there are 2 different tires for each side.

Have to disagree. Thats the only place we buy tires and me and my family combined must have purchased well over 10 sets of tires from them. Maybe more. Never had a problem not once, they're always on time and always the correct order. Thats weird:ugh: :dunno:

Ever think the orderER didn't follow the directions on the website correctly?:exnbp:

I'm going to reiterate that this guy posted this in EVERY forum and is just being a retard about it.

If you're pissed off and want people to listen, don't look ignorant when explaining your problem. Will someone please lock this?
