90K... and I wouldn't risk too much more, because if those things break....... OUCH.

If you drive hard (as in use VTEC often), change it at 80k. That's what I will do. Remember, they don't call our engines "interferece" types for nothing -- when the belt breaks, the valves will crash into the pistons. The best you can hope for is replacing the entire head, cams, and valves. The worst is entire engine seizing. So don't put it off.

I don't exactly know what the common mileage to change is on Honda's, but I do know its a general fact to change between 60-70k to be safe. Thats what we do on all our vehicles... hope it helps.

I had my dealer do mine at 55,000 since the car is ten years old. That was his recommendation. Do the water pump and all the belts at the same time.

'93 Prelude VTEC purchased new in October, 1992.

Wow. You must not leave your house much. I drive 55,000 miles in 2 years. I thought Wyoming had so much open space the nearest grocery store is 10 miles from anywhere! Just kidding!

well its always better to play it safe than sorry when it comes to the timing belt, anytime after 60K miles would be OK..... if it breaks you will wish you would have replaced it so might as well when you get the chance....
