If you drive hard (as in use VTEC often), change it at 80k. That's what I will do. Remember, they don't call our engines "interferece" types for nothing -- when the belt breaks, the valves will crash into the pistons. The best you can hope for is replacing the entire head, cams, and valves. The worst is entire engine seizing. So don't put it off.
