Default 4th gen sound system

Is there a way to stop my car from rattling from the subs? I've heard of Dynamat but I don't know if it really works

Dynamat works...for certain situations

The only way your really gonna stop the rattles is to find each individual rattle and then cushion the cause with foam tape or something similar.

My 94 Prelude S has a rattle that comes from the plastic panel that the power window switch is mounted in. I press down on the forward end of the panel and the rattle stops. I see a 1-3 inch long piece of double back sticky foam tape in it's future. And I predict that it'll happen on the day when I finally get really PO'd with it and have a screwdriver in my hand!

Dynamat will basically make the sound waves bounce off of it making your music sound more solid, and less vibrations to get out... but if you car rattles, then there is something loose, etc..
like pSiRacer92 said, you gotta try to hunt down individual parts..

if you have a hard hitting sub, then you'll find out a LOT of stuff rattles.. i know i did when i had my accord..

but dynamat is a good investment... IMO
(if you dont mind the weight :naughty: )
