Default automatic ?flywheel?

In a manual, upgrading to a lightweight flywheel will help get the rpm's up quicker and more torque to the wheels (correct me if wrong)

Is there any option like that for an automatic? Auto's use a flexplate instead of a flywheel is what I heard.?.?

the flexplate is a part of the entire tranny and i dont think u can mess with that much...u could always find a torque convertor with a higher stall speed..
