Default b18b 4th gen prelude

alright i know many will ask why but i would like to know if a b18b will go in my 93 lude my f22b threw a rod and i need to get to work. ive heard the torque is a problem but this would be twmperary so if u know anything about it let me know plz and thx

It wouldn't be worth it because a Lude is heavier than a Integra. Just get a H22 .

a Lude is heavier than a Integra. Just get a H22 .

Though you should avoid automatic transmissions, the prelude was sort of a testing ground for new car tech and the auto trans for that car just wasn’t there yet

Honestly, it’s not a direct fit — the B18B sits differently and you’ll lose a lot of torque. It’s doable with custom mounts and wiring, but for a temp fix, I’d hunt another F or H series instead.
