Default getting my torque back

alright my cat got plugged so i flex piped it - still pretty quick but i dont feel the force when i punch it like i used to id hate to buy a stock cat so how can i bring that power back?

my also has loss power,i change the flex pipe is a little smaller than original,now the power doesnt feel like it open up,no more fun.
