unstable at high speeds..
so Ive been having this problem with my car...at speeds higher than like 55mph, the car feels unstable, like if I take a curve a tthat speed, feels like Im gonna lose control, feels like the rear end is gonna break loose a little just by switching lanes...anyways, my question is what can be causign this? could I have broken an integral part of the suspension system? it started when I took my car to the track, when I was doign 1/4 mile runs, I did a couple, it was fine, then I started noticing that at the end of the track the car was getting unstable..could I have broken something at the track? maybe a sway bar or something?
I doubt you have a failed sway bar or one of the end links. Have you checked tire pressures-this is a possible source along with wear. I would take the car to an alignment shop and make sure that all is well. It is possible that the radius rod bushings are beaten up. If the suspension is stock and has more than 50K miles on it, you may have a shock going away, but this depends on how you drive overall.
Did I read you correct-150K miles? What year is your car. I would suspect that you may well need bushings in the suspension, but shocks come to mind first. I have no idea about the coilovers (never heard of the brand) or how they are installed. If your car is a 5th gen then the endlinks are fairly rugged but the rods can bend under extreme loads.
Then again an end could work its way out of the socket (they are like ball joints actually).

well, I check the tire pressure..and I mighta found the problem. the rear tires, one sides like 35psi(supposed to be like 42), and then the other side..has like 70psi(suposed to be like 42)...thats prolly the problem eh?
YES. But actually the COLD tire pressure should not be over 35 all around. If I were you I would check the Honda recommendation on the door plate or in your Helm and/or Owners Manual and add 2 psi to that. That is what I do with my replacemnt tires andwider rims and it works for everyday use.
For a car with 150K on it there is a good chance that the shocks are gone if they are original to the car. This would happen sooner when you put stiffer springs on them. If you have aftermarket shocks and put them on with the springs-then the pressures are simply way off and I will still suggest an alignment.
