YES. But actually the COLD tire pressure should not be over 35 all around. If I were you I would check the Honda recommendation on the door plate or in your Helm and/or Owners Manual and add 2 psi to that. That is what I do with my replacemnt tires andwider rims and it works for everyday use.
For a car with 150K on it there is a good chance that the shocks are gone if they are original to the car. This would happen sooner when you put stiffer springs on them. If you have aftermarket shocks and put them on with the springs-then the pressures are simply way off and I will still suggest an alignment.
