Default Car starts without pushing in clutch

I noticed that my car starts without pushing in the clutch.......

What could that be?

the clucht pedal safety switch is probably stuck/broken in the on position.

if it's a 88 or older it's normal if newer check the switch or if remote start was installed the knuclke head wired around it instead of bypassing it durring remote start.
