I just purchased an 94 prelude with 80000 miles. After test driving it a couple times I decided it was a good car and bought it. I have since noticed that after a cold start (0 degrees) it will with no consistant pushing of the gas pedal the idle will fall until it dies. After another start it runs ok; but i noticed that the RPMs when it idles are very inconsistant and some time fluctuate.

Its seems to idle high (2000 rpm) at the beginning of a trip and in the middle of the trip it will stay steady at (1500 rpm).

Sometimes it will fluctate between 850 and 1200.

Any ideas????
