H22A tranny Help Needed

Hey guys, I am in need of a new tranny, and this guy I know has one for sale, but all he knows is that it came out of a JDM Accord Sir. Do any of you know if this tranny will work with a 5th gen Prelude? Will I have to do any modifications?

I believe it will work, but I wouldn't want to put it on. The gearing is different, and you're need the ECU for it to work properly...
