97-01 prelude eyelids

How do I install these never done it before and it just came with the eyelids nothin else. what shoud i use.

Double sided tape, 3M makes it.

are there any eyelids that are actually the non cheap sticker kind available for 4th gens? like ones that take the place of the grill pieces as well?
