I drive an accord, its a 91, 4door, 5spd and NA and I got 135 a couple times, but definately 130 easy. All I have is intake exhause and a chip.

The stock speedo gets inaccurate at higher speeds, its probably off by 10-15mph at 140+

10 -15mph is a lot to be off, even if it is only when you get to the higher speeds.

If the little roadside radar thingy they just put up is right, my accord reads 50 at about 45...

I've hit 130+ on the speedo with loads of umpfh left. And I believe we (5th Genners) top out at about 147 (on the speedo) which apparently is about 140 real MPH.

Really? Where is your evidence??
While I agree it will prob be off by some amount, unless you change the wheel size or tires, I don't see how it could be off by 10-15mph...
In that case, why buy V-rated tires, if we're only able to get to 125? Why not use H-rated tires which are rated to 130mph?
