big question is there such a thing as............
Yeah, there are a lot of plusses to building your own. You can really tune the suspension the way you want for the weight you'll be pulling (not to mention you can build it with a lot less weight than an average street car). You can use ANY brand of motor + drivetrain since you are not limited to a certain engine bay, wiring, etc. Most states even let you register a homemade vehicle (it just has to pass whatever safety and emissions testing you have).
It just takes time and persistence (a fat paycheck certainly helps too).
Good luck with it. Make sure to post pics as you get the project rolling!
Man, I saw a truck done like that years ago at the racetrack. The guy had two monster engines in an old truck, one powering the front axle and the other powering the rear. It was absolutely crazy! It wasn't the fastest thing out there, but he won the burnout contest with all 4 tires spinning

just drop another motor in the rear and then tie the trannys together with some special cables and you be golden
is all wheel drive in the late 80's to early 90's that was all wheel drive it looks kinda like a wagon version of the civicfrom those years I wonder if any 1 came with an H22 can some one look that up ??
wrong dont even think about that.. no civic ever ever came with an h22. no wagon sol crx not one.
h22's were only available in preludes in the us. and those early awd civics would snap axles all day if any amount of power were put through them.
