Default Civic vs. Integra (Which is a better car to fix up)

Id like to know from other peoples opinions what the best aftermarket parts manufacturer is. Wether its name brand or not. Im looking for power and performance so I need opinions. Ive installed quite a bit of AEM and HKS on my buddies cars but I'm finally going to start fixing up a car of my own.
OPINIONS PLEASE
Thankyou
Kyle

I'm confused. Do you want to know which car to build? That's easy. PRELUDE.
Which is the best aftermarket parts manufacturer? That really depends on the part in question. Then all I have is opinions...

i love civics but honestly always like preludes....i like the extra torque you get from the larger motor....plus i like the body style

as far as performance right out of the box id say the prelude...well at least tis faster 1995 Honda Prelude VTEC 0-60mph in 6.7 and 1/4 mile in 15.1 and the only civic that come close is the 2006+ Honda Civic SI 0-60mph in 7.2 and 1/4mile in 15.1 and personally i dont like buying brand new cars so i day the prelude and the 1995 VTEC prelude had the best numbers so i say that but it will boil down to personal choice since you have to live with it

Yah sorry about the whole civic integra talk in the prelude section im new to the site. Yes im a noob. I havent really figured out everything yet i was just trying to get to some information. As for the after-market parts I need the best makers for say... Cold Air Intake, Exhaust Headers, Turbo, Cam Gears, Fuel Injectors, Pulleys. So on and so forth. As for car im talking about taking a used civic or integra and fixing it up. Preludes are hard to find in Illinois and im not about to order one from japan. Anything on civics or integras would help.

go ask in the civic or integra forum then.

stay away from ebay brands. everyone will have their own opinion of what they think is the "best". there are lots of bandwagon nutswinggers out there. you have to find the information and decide for yourself.
