Tire size looks like this:
215mm tread width/35% of width is height (75.25mm)/18 inch wheel opening
Wheel size looks like this:
18 inches tall x 8 inches wide.
215mm = 8.471 inches.
Yes, the tires should fit the rim quite nicely. The tread is actually about a half inch wider than the wheel, which is fine.
