I cleaned the EGR and while I was in the area I pulled the EACV. Both were pretty dirty so I cleaned them up. The car started acting a whole lot better after that!
I've still got my distributor timing set a little more advanced than I like it to be, but I went through and changed my ignition map to compensate for the added advance in higher RPMs.
It still seems as if it is idling too slow while in gear, but that could just be because I haven't driven her in a couple of weeks (had to resort to the 'ol diesel work truck). It's not dying or running rough so I'm going to leave well enough alone.
I figure that there's probably a little water here and there in the vacuum lines that I wasn't able to get out... and that should dry-up after a week or two of running so I'll see if it does any better over time.
Thanks again for all your input... you've been a great help!

Well, keep me us posted!
Maybe if you get some free time, retard the timing a bit and see what happens. Glad to hear she's running semi-good now though ...Was glad to help!
