About the 6 speed, its possible, You would have to find a 2000 accord EURO-R transmission. But it will probably be just as expensive as a custom one if you can even find it.

You cannot link the RSX-S 6 speed transmission to any Prelude motor. Even if you could physically match the bell housing to the engine block, the engines rotate in different directions (I forget if the RSX is clockwise or counter clockwise).
