huh? how about you get one with low miles and not swap the engine? cause it certainly donest sound like you know much of anything.

the h23 is a prelude engine. it comes in the 4th generation preludes, it will bolt right in but in most cases the only legal option would be one from a 96, which should be obd-II

it sounds like you don't know jack about cars in general...

first off a complete swap will run you a few thousand anyway... so whats the point of going high miles and swapping? secondly, once you swap your resale value shoots to a fraction of what it originally was.

so now you have your inital cost+the swap+the resale loss that you are dealing with. i would consider this choice to be the less frugal one, and if your budget is 6k i'd think you'd be looking for a 4th generation because unanticipated and scheduled matinence on a 5+ year old car will be north of 1k a year.

ATTS and Leather Seats is the only difference between SH and base

No leather on the SH, at least in the US. Leather was a dealer installed option. Here are the differences between both

The ATTS is finicky, it likes to play games on people. if you plan on riding stock i'd stay with the ATTS, but for FI or any other major modification i would stay stick to the base.
